Jay Street was a slightly older property in desperate need of updating. Renovations included Kitchen, floors and fixtures throughout and bathroom remodel for a total in $63K of rehab costs.
Navajo was a Tucson based property with great core potential in need a spruce up. Renovations focused on kitchens and appliances, flooring, bathrooms for a total of $250K in rehab costs.
Franklin was a smaller project with attached carports. Total renovation costs were $32K again focusing on interior renovations, site maintenance and new finishes throughout.
The Commonwealth property was given interior upgrades that were well received by the tenants and created a large increase in property value
Geronimo is our newest project and completing renovations which are focused on kitchen, bathrooms and finishes throughout.
